UPDATE ON FRED WRIGHT DEC. 31

Update on Fred:

I (Dan) just talked to Sharon, There is steady improvement with Fred.  He walked again today and the
therapist was very encouraged at his progress. He has been meeting with the occupational therapist
and also a physical therapist to help with the recovery process.

He is going to the rehabilitation house on Monday.  It is closer to the Wright's
home so that will be easier for Sharon.   Nathan is leaving Wednesday.

Sharon said today his disorientation is gone. Praise the LORD!!

If you are interested in sending your love through flower’s we just found out that Fred is allergic
to some flowers so instead of sending flowers you can send emails full of good wishes and blessings
and we'll print them out and take them in for him to read. Please use this Email Address: Lisam@tacf.org
In the next week or so as he transitions to the Rehabilitation house, we will have more information
on how to best reach the Wright family with your love.

I (Lisa) went in to see Fred yesterday and he broke into a big smile and introduced me to the nurses
that were there and his brother Milton, then the next thing he said to me was, “how’s everything
going at the office?” Hahaha… That’s Fred; always making sure everything is flowing smoothly. I got
to hear bits of his new idea for a book as well. It was good to see him.

Fred wrote a little something he wanted to pass along to all of you praying and loving them from where you are:

Dear Family and Friends

I wouldn't have planned a Christmas holiday the way it turned out this year getting hit by a stroke.
It has been amazing to get so many prayers and thoughts from you.

The prognosis looks reasonable good and I should recover with therapy and help from God and prayer.
I will probably have to refrain from extended high altitude travel for a while.

I trust you had a good Christmas and will have wonderful New Year.  It is hard to believe that it has
been ten years since the beginning of the new Millennium.

Several members of my family including my brother Milt and my son Nathan have come in long distances
to be with me and it has been wonderful.

I have a condition that was set in motion by the stroke that has extended spasms in the diaphragm
that is causing my tummy to jiggle and grumbles like a bowl full of jelly.  If a person lived in
California sitting next to me they would think that they were experiencing an earth quake.

Thanks very much for your prayers and thoughts.
In appreciation
Fred
